what do you mean finally? we've been wining finals for fun lately and once they got to 250 i knew we would do it..the confidence and swagger was oozing out of them once they got the two early wickets.

We use 'finally' when we have been waiting for the same thing to happen from quite some time. Pakistan were among top teams, aka favourites in past World cups but they weren't winning, finally they won it.

Not sure about how true this talk is about the team being resentful of Imran not mentioning them at the post match ceremony, they didn't show any emotion or anger at all and were in fact, smiling, laughing and happy. This was unnecessary controversy made up by the media.

Imran maybe should have retired after the 1992 England tour as he originally planned.
