Pakistan did not deserve to go through to the SF of the world cup, I don't think there can be much argument about that.

But that decision did cost them the place in the end. If the umpire raises his finger then the correct decision is out, and Pakistan have won the game, and Pakistan will go through to the SF. There also can't be any argument about that.
