No idea how Guptill has performed as captain. I don't think any of the bowlers have the leadership qualities to lead the side.

Should drop captaincy.. Anyways with a fragile middle order and hacks in the team not much could have expected from this team.

He is a great test player though and although he isnt a great odi player but will end up as a very good one.

At the same level as Amla which itself is a great position to be although I would argue Amla has more impact in tests also than KW.
