The 'hype' depends on how one opts to look at it... For me it's a mildly interesting video of a guy with pretty good hand-eye.

It’s nice to see all these these young batsmen do well in these domestic competitions. I really hope they succeed and do well in future.

Sometimes when he defends on offside it's with an angled bat/he lets the bat twist in his hand which he'll need to correct.

That reminds me, I was reading the profiles of some of the age group cricketers coming through the ranks and it was very pleasing to see the number of them who said Babar was their favourite batsman (which hopefully means they are watching his footage closely). Was getting sick of reading upcoming players saying their favourite players were Shehzad and Hafeez!
