Interesting video.

Karachi really needs to be its own province or be under federal control

Really interesting video.

Basically, nothing can be done about Karachi while PPP are in power in Sindh. The only way anything can change is if people in interior Sindh somehow decide to vote against PPP, and the new party in power decides to scrap all these authorities and fully empower KMC, or make Karachi a brand new province.

Or PTI government could declare federal rule in Karachi, which would undoubtedly be spun by the opposition as 'undemocratic' even though Karachi overwhelmingly gave their mandate to PTI and (to a much lesser extent) MQM-P.

Yes its pretty sad

Really dismayed by PTI lack of concern for Karachi despite the city giving them 14-15 seats. We Karachiites voted for them in droves because we wanted riddance of this dictatorship being run from Larkhana. Instead PTI has done absolutely nothing to fix the issues of Karachi.

If thing remain the same I might refrain from voting for PTI in 2023 and tbh I'm not the only one feeling this way.

Mr. Khan has done nothing. Seems like he was elected to give jazbaati speeches.

Government should declare federal rule in Karachi, it's the right thing to do, they have Karachi's mandate, and the time is perfect. Opposition can cry for 'democracy' all they want, but if the Government can deliver for Karachi, their crying won't matter.

If they delay and leave it to closer to 2023, then they won't really even have time to deliver, and the opposition calling PTI 'undemocratic' will gain legitimacy.

It is clear that without declaring federal rule, absolutely nothing can be done for Karachi. Interior Sindh aren't going to stop voting for PPP, and unfortunately, Karachi's is directly determined by these voters. Ideally, governor's rule should be declared in Sindh, but one step at a time... Start with Karachi, the city which actually gave their mandate to PTI.

The simple fact is that PTI is in government due to Karachi.

Also there should be seat redistribution. The population of interior Sindh and Karachi+Hyderabad is similar by every account apart from Pakistan government.

He is a con-artist. Funny how the people of Karachi are now coming to terms with the reality, but the people of KP have witnessed 6 years of flop show.

They have literally turned Peshawar into a dump because of the BRT project and hospitals have been on strike for 20+ days now. Well paid holidays for me at least so I am not complaining.

The tabdeeli and Naya Pakistan drama is the biggest act in history of Pakistan politics. All he wanted was the PM seat after captaining the Pakistan cricket team, and he got there eventually after welcoming crooks and frauds in his party because they brought their loyal voters with them.

“Don’t use Patwari logic. Give them time. 15-16 months are not enough to bring tabdeeli and reverse the damage done by the corrupt parties. Only a beneficiary of corruption will criticize PTI”

I said "if things remain the same".... they have four years still to turn it around with regards to Karachi. However, PTI have been nothing but a godsend for the country as a whole, so I might just forego my selfish desire for Karachi to improve and still vote for PTI for the greater good of the country.

Also it is a democracy, people can chose to vote for whoever they like. You have voted for PTI twice so obviously you have more faith in them than I do.

So you are fed up after 1 year but you want the people of Peshawar to be patient after 6 years. I salute your logic.

Also you are clearly lying. PTI has been a godsend for Karachi as well, and rivers of milk and honey are flowing through it like the rest of the country.

Look at PTI social media pages - they are all praise for their performance in Karachi and there are no sources that are more credible than PTI social media.

Furthermore, I have friends in Karachi who are all praise for PTI’s performance. Please keep your propaganda to yourself. Don’t be upset because the brown envelopes have stopped.
