I remember he used to bowl in his junior days, I didn't know he got banned. Must have been cleared if he is bowling in a test match.

To be honest I rather he keeps on focusing on captaincy and batting right now. The last thing he needs is to bowl good, economical deliveries.

I agree. Nauman was very toothless.

Babar was bowling well. Accuracy was good.

Looks like bit of work has been done behind the scenes as couldn't have predicted Babar bowling over Fawad or Azhar and that too this accurately.

Saw his bowling his U19 days and he looked decent. His action currently is as smooth as it goes and can surely ball more if required like Root currently does. Saqlain can definitely help as well to polish the finish of his action further.

Always thought Steve Smith and Azhar Ali's bowling has been a bit underutilized, I hope Babar doesn't hesitate to ball a bit and does when required like today as he has the potential to be pretty decent part time option.
