Siraj and Shami don't have records even remotely comparable to Haris Rauf in T20 cricket. I assume we are including T20 cricket in these discussions?
I wasn’t necessarily making a comparison. They tend to derail threads. Just important to recognise that there are very reliable death over bowlers in limited overs cricket that have less pace than Rauf but are able to strangle the batting in death overs. Harris just can’t do that. He picks up cheap lower order wickets that’s about it.

Highly agree with you on this @Mamoon. At least Faheem proved he is much better today. I think its high time Haris gets dropped for series played in Asian conditions, and find some alternatives. Mark my words if hes carried for the T20 WC we are bound to loose because of him leaking runs.

This should be end of road for Haris Rauf in international cricket. He is playing international cricket since 5 years but has not learned how to bowl in crucial situation in big matches. He lost 2021 T20 WC SF, lost against India in 2022 WC & now again choked. There are many other matches he lost because of his awful bowling.

Speedometers should have Ai to detect the sense/brain of the bowler.Its not about pace any more as rauf /archer/wood etc showed.

Honestly, defending 9 runs in modern T20 leagues is not easy unless the pitch is tricky and helps the bowlers.

Nice try, but if you want to besmirch a legend such as Sachin, you need a sample size of more than 2. Because people with even 2 brain cells know how patterns and sample size works to form a conclusion
