probably got swayed by Rizwan's high T20I average of 47 and Babar's most T20I runs (ave almost 39) but you have to look at the overall impact in important games + runs scored against tough opponents.

Chanderpaul has a better test average than Viv but no body in their right mind would say that the former is better than the latter. There is really no comparison here. An example of stats being misleading at times.

Was merely replying to AZ since he asked. 22 fifties in just victories for Pakistan on its own is impressive enough. He even has more 50 in losing cause than Saim has in his T20i career so far.

We have an opener as one of the leading run scorers of the whole tournament at a strike rate of 160+ and you think replacing him with one of the two guys who have been going at 100-110 over the last t20 world cups will not hurt the team

I don’t know but do you actually believe he is an inferior batsman to Saim, Agha, Usman, Nawaz, Shadab. Ignore minimal moments of excitement and no hit fluke shots for a second and focus on genuine batting ability to score actual runs

He does have a six hitting game but that only comes out when he is set. If he finds a way to go hell for leather from ball one he would be a very good 5.

Ignoring all that he is still the best keeper in this country
