Wow this is a great initiative by PCB. Over the past 2 decades tape ball cricket has pretty much destroyed techniques of many young cricketers at school and university level. With such an initiative PCB can encourage young players to play cricket using proper cricket and can help in defining and teaching the correct techniques into youngsters which would stay with them for long term and in return would help our cricket massively going forward.
