With 16 Australian players in the mix, you’d expect the overall fielding standards this PSL to be top-notch — and perhaps some of that rubs off on the Pakistani players too.

Also, with limited or no crowds, there should be fewer distractions, which SHOULD mean sharper, more focused fielding performances this season.

But then again… dropping catches is in our DNA — so let’s see how it actually plays out! 😄
 
out of all the leagues I watch this is easily the worst when it comes to fielding standards

Maybe BPL is worse - I wouldn't know. But it is shocking how poor the standard of fielding is in this league.
 
There's been improvement over time recent matches some good catches being taken and some good fielding near the boundary.
