Moin Khan mentioned he isn't a fan of PDP programs. Believes that players that are good enough are already in the system.

Moin also spoke about one of the takeaways from this year being that they never selected enough youngsters. He mentioned they picked a lot of senior players and that let that down in fielding.

I think he will come good like Aqib did.
Omair should start lobbying right away for other teams draft excludinh QG.
He only got 2 matches that too when QG playoff chances were break.
I have seen him batting in FC and national t20s. He is a proper batsmen with all shots and temperament higher than Saim .
Moin and co would destroy him if he stars in QG.
Saim is lucky to leave QG and moin and we all seeing how is He prospering when given ideal role.

At least he has acknowledged it rather than burying his head in the sand. He spoke openly about having made mistakes.
The players needed to stand up and be counted too. Nawaz, Ifti, and Naseem Shah were considered to be amongst the top players in Pakistan but they have not shown much heart.
Unfortunately for Quetta the 3 senior Pakistani international players with experience were a let down Nawaz Sarfraz and Iftikhar all failed to perform trading Rossouw for Iftikhar would have helped them win another couple of matches and qualify.

Khan has been serving the team as the Head Coach since season-1 of the Pakistan Super League and has had prolific achievements under his coaching tenure. The team won the championship in 2019 and were twice runners-up under his guidance. The owner Mr. Nadeem Omar and the whole team extends their best wishes to the newly appointed Team Director and believes that the team will dominate in the country’s premier cricket league through his skills and wisdom.

Basically Moin will still run the franchise. They will just name some oversees guy as a head coach to tell their fans they we are changing. Not expecting much from them again.

How much Watson be involved with QG is the question, and what will Moin Khan's role be this time around?
If it's the likes of Moin calling the shots in the draft, then things won't change much.
IU appointed Hesson at a perfect time so Hesson could form his team and also learn about the domestic and international players involved. One good thing about it is that Watson has been a part of QG and probably knows their system.

Maybe Nadeem Omar should take one final decision i.e. to replace Sarfaraz as captain. You can't change everyone else but let the captain get off scott free without responsibility.

They currently have a captain who used to bat below Hasan Ali at times. Great news for people watching too as we won't be hearing much shouting from sarfraz. The joke of a franchise and the captain has benched saud for 3 years.

Saud Shakeel getting to play let alone kaptaining is something. It was time to move on from Sarfi.
Maybe it would have been a better decision to move him from him completely. Maybe a swap deal Peshawar Zalmi's M.Haris for Naseem Shah would have made sense.
