Its high time that Zain replaces one of Imran Butt or Abid Ali in test squad he is perfect for test opener having playing on KRL ground with Dukes and Grace ball whole life and top scoring in those as an opener and cut above the rest.

How can you be a professional player and carrying this kind of ( lack of ) fitness, mind boggling . You got to be a sportsman first before becoming a cricket, no sportsman can ignore his/her fitness, unless you're Saqlain Mushtaq.

Lahore Whites v Multan (Gaddafi Stadium)

Multan won the toss and elected to bat first. Captain Zain Abbas put up a 66-run-opening stand with Zeeshan Ashraf. The partnership was broken by Mohammad Irfan, who got Zeeshan out for 24.

Zain, batting alongside Imran Rashid, took his side to 124 before rain forced a break in play. When play resumed after lunch, Imran lost his wicket and Zain continued to bat, now joined by Sharoon Siraj.

Maiden First Class double-hundred for Zain Abbas. The Multan opener & captain hit his 1st century of the season and 8th overall and converted it into a massive knock.

Zain Abbas makes the highest individual score of Quaid E Azam Trophy 2023-24 thus far, racking up excellent 292 against FATA.
