What has the bomb blast in a Lahore Market got to do with the Aussies? Were they planning to go for shopping?
Think hysteria being worked up now on this.

There are growing safety concerns amongst the Australian cricket players and staff ahead of the historic tour of Pakistan.
Australia has not toured Pakistan since 1998 and has not toured Asia for a Test series since visiting Bangladesh in 2017.
The Daily Telegraph’s Michael Carayannis says the Australian team is still unsure about the level of security in Pakistan.
“There’s obviously concerns amongst the playing group,” Carayannis said on SEN 1170 Breakfast.
“We’d love that series to go ahead. It’s such a challenging environment.
“I’ve got no doubt that at least one or two players won’t go.”
Australia is scheduled to play three Test matches, three ODI’s and one T20I. The last five matches of the tour are to be played in Lahore which holds the main cause for concern.
Terrorist activity in Lahore has increased in the past few months including a bomb blast on January 20 which killed at least two people.
“Just being around that environment, I don’t know if it’s going to be good for the players in terms of what type of cricket they can produce,” Carayannis added.
“Is it a conducive environment for good cricket?
“If there’s going to be any concerns, they will just pull out.”
New Zealand and England withdrew from their respective tours from Pakistan over safety fears.
Head selector George Bailey and Australian Cricketers Association CEO Todd Greenberg have expressed their support of how the Pakistan Cricket Board have organised the tour and believes the players’ safety is being made the number one priority.
“Pakistan (Cricket Board) has taken foolproof security arrangements,” Bailey said in a statement on cricket.com.au.
“The two (security) briefings I’ve sat in on, the security sounds very, very robust.”
The first Test is scheduled for March 3 in Karachi.
