no....when he made his test debut, he was 28y 136d old. In this picture, he looks a lot younger than 28....so I think, the picture is before he shaved his head. I had a cricketer (Pak) magazine and it showed his picture in playing in his only test...with head shaven!

May be Zaman Park can throw some light on it!
