Sledger, that looks awesome! My suggestion is to make the 'Pakistan' font a bit smaller. Love the colors and the coordination of the stripes, good job. I personally like the yellow and don't know why some are suggesting for it to be replaced with white.

Sultanator, I like this too and it's a nice and simple concept, yet effective. The only thing I don't like is the almost neon-green type star plastered in the front.

Actually, I would say I like the original one you posted more:

Just try it with a darker yellow, or replace it with white, and do incorporate the BoomBoom sign in there somewhere.

So yeah, my top choices would be:

1) Sledger's design + Sultanator's design, a bit of a tie for me.
2) What AmmarAshraf posted.

I like the zip idea instead of the V-Neck. Maybe we can keep the zip for T20I's and turn to v-necks for ODIs.

It's good but too much going on. The yellow parts should not be there. Maybe this time around, the shirt should represent a dark green and white colour combination. Something like:
