What a shot by Adil Bhai. Hopefully the spinners can grip the ball and the bhais will be able to run through the Windies .
 
Suspect this is 20 runs short of a good target. It's a final though and WI might buckle if England remove Gayle early.
 
Windies will finish it in 15 overs, why picked Rashid? He is useless, he is no badree Sodhi etc

Adil bhai should have come out before Jordan and Plunkett.

Moeen bhai has been a big disappointment.

Ground was more than 80% from beginning.
 
West Indies heavy favourites but England still have a small chance if they get early wickets.

W.I will be looking for a flyer in 1st 6 overs and if they do then they will cruise to victory. Willey and co will need to take some early wickets here. Have to fancy W.I to chase this total down here.

That's the difference between Very good spinners and average spinners..Very good/Great spinners know how to contain in batting pitches as well as Badree sown here. Here captain cannot even count these 2 complete their quota forget containing.

WI will not be able to chase under the pressure of a final, they will collapse and England will triumph.
 
May be a wrong decision - if Eden wicket is anything close to IND-PAK or NZ-BD wicket, even Moeen & Adil 'll be enough ....

Agreed. Felt they were done in by the dew vs the Windies. Also didn't get to bowl on the slow pitches of the Group B.
 
Stokes-Moen-Root gifted their wickets the highlights make it look even worse.
 
Why are these Final thread not sticky's But crappy Pakistan vs "Zimbabwe" is a sticky.... I know this is a Pakistani Cricket forum. But I feel Final thread should be sticky's... It's just a little annoying... It's always bugged me been lurking on this site forever. But I always wondered why Finals that did not involve pakistan were not stickied..

Back on Track.. Easy game for WI though.

Badree is not a very good or great spinner. Just bowls straight and quick and doesn't turn the ball much. Its difficult to cut/pull him.

Death Bowling is improved and Moeen Ali prayed extra nafl during the interval. Allah is on Englands side alhamdullilah
