I'm disgusted by this...why was the match called off with 1 hour to play? A result either way was very possible. I can understand the WI going for the draw, but why would India agree? Really disappointed with the attitude, this is not the mindset of a #1 team. Doesn't bode too well for the England tour.

Look Dravid and Laxman arnt capable of scoring even 5 runs per over with the field wide open so forcing them to go after the bowling would have probably resulted in there dismissals.

You're absolutely right. I want to see what he says, and more importantly, if someone asks him the hard question. Total lack of creativity and aggression imo. Could have send bhajji or Kohli instead of Laxman w/instructions to go and have a hit and try something unorthodox. If that fails, then Laxman is still there to partner Dravid and pack up for the day. Or even Dhoni could have gone.

Sometimes, I feel match referee should step in such situations. Because, here it was a possibility of a result. May be, they should rethink of such situations.
