What are some of the great books you read, fiction or non fiction? Recently i finished reading a thousand splendid suns and it was great, really sad but well written book. Its by khalid hosseini, he also wrote the famous book called the kite runner.
Jaswant Singh's "Jinnah: India, Partition and Independence". A great read putting forward the Quaid's perspective. The author showed great respect to the founding father of Pakistan greatly offending his own people in the process. He admitted that the creation of Pakistan had become unavoidable with hundred's of million's Muslim's unwilling to live under majority Hindu rule.
