AB is regarded as one of the greats of game in ODIs. Can anyone enlighten some of the fine knocks played by him in his limited format career?

Hard to remember too many meaningful great knocks from him i.e. ones outside bilateral series or in ICC events.

His knock in the semi final 2015 WC but sadly bowlers let him down.

Although he doesn't have as many iconic knocks as some of other ATGs, but he still has played plenty of great knocks in his career.

In 2014 against a quality bowling attack of Starc, Johnson and others, he scored an unbeaten 136*(106) chasing 328 while coming to bat at 51-2.

In World Cup 2007, he played another devastating knock of 92(70 balls) Vs McGrath, Tait and Bracken. The highlight of that inning was him smashing back to back three boundaries of McGrath's first over.

In 2009 against another high quality bowling attack, he smashed brilliant 121 of 85 balls Vs England.

Although not in 50 over World Cup, but this was high quality match winning knock in must win WT20 game Vs England.

His knocks Vs WI in WC 15 may have come against minnowish attack but it is one of those knocks which is memorable one and talked a lot about.

Then he has done excellent against Pakistan in plenty of series they played together between 2011-2014 when Pakistan really had top quality bowling attack led by Ajmal.

And in 2015, he won an odi series in India by smashing three hundreds in 5 ODIs. Also plenty of other devastating innings.

Great post. He has played many good knocks.

WC 2015 SF could have achieved something special if rain didn't cut it short.

While he doesn't have many great iconic knocks and needs to be more impactful in important games, he has done well in all conditions against all bowlers.

Already an ATG but needs a great ICC tourney to get to the elite status. I hope he does.

Nearly every ABD innings over the last few years is a great innings. People who ask questions like this should really watch some more cricket.
