As a viewer in England:
Better crop of overseas players, still possible within reason - like many of England’s wider squad came in early 2020, SA/NZ players could be attracted similarly. Avoid iconic players jetting in for handful of games, can feel cheap. There’s enough good cricketers (beyond headliners) out there who’d be up for the chance to play under lights in front of a packed house.
Stadiums, a cool throwback in some ways, aerial shots are amazing at night. Need to be tidier though, a lot of visible cabling/scaffolding.
Tv production needs to be better, looks like it might be local hires for the sake of cost - YouTube free to air a good concept though for Europe especially.
Commentators/presenters needs an overhaul - Abbas, Alam, Butcher, Rhodes, Morris are decent, many others are not (don’t seem trained - not a dig).
IMO no harm in being a pre-cursor to IPL, the stand out league - why not be the best of the rest with the PSL kicking off the Asia t20 season.
