What has Tabish Khan done wrong?

This guy have been taking wickets consistently in domestic Circuit and have not got the chances he deserved.

He topped the bowling charts in the Quaid-e-Azam trophy with 61 wickets in 9 matches. He also took 16 wickets in 5 matches in the Pentangular Cup, and then took 9 wickets in 4 matches in the domestic One Day cup.

Even performing that well in the recent domestic competition, for some odd reason he was not given chance in T-20 competition. Anwar Ali and Uzair-ulhaq was preferred ahead of him.

I wonder what would be going through in his mind. What else he has to do to get atleast 1 game in the competition?

The selection in the Karachi Zebra squad has been really pathetic, Tabish Khan is a ten times better bowler than Uzair Ul Haq, Yet he had to sit out. Unless Tabish is injured, i can not see any logical reason why he is being kept out

exactly uzair is such a pathetic bowler, the commies did say why tabish was missed out??

then the karachi cricket board cries when karachiites are not given call ups in the national team

Atif Maqbool is a very good spinner. From the beginning I've been stating that Faraz Ahmed and Haris Ayaz don't deserve to be in Dolphins. Shahzaib Ahmad is better than both.

Lahore Lions have a deadly spin combo. Raza Ali Dar and Adnan Rasool are specialist T-20 bowlers. I like them.

maqbul gives a good flight to the bowl but after bounce there is not much of spin

he is better than azam hussain, faraz ahmed and harris ayaz of dolphins

He doesn't have connections like afridi or sami.

He is the only fast bowler in karachi who is good. In my view he is ahead of Wahab, Gul, Shoail tanvir and he can bowl with the new ball.

Another bowler who relies heavily on the old ball, he had good season in 2012-13 but hasnt had a good start to this season. Good clip there but the batsmen were sub-standard.

Sadaf Hussein is another example. On merit these guys deserved a chance but the selectors at the time felt these bowlers were green track bullies and could not survive the flat international pitches and we have seen plenty of evidence of that to be honest with many pacers

I'm pretty sure he was a bit of trundler, although I do recall him getting a hatrick playing for Pakistan against World XI in 2012 but definately deserved a call up at the international level at least a couple times.
