Seems like anything below 300 will be not an issue for South Africa but could Pakistan's varied bowling attack could work with a lesser number?

The Pakistan run rate not that great so 300 could be a problem

DL will play a role in this match, Pak need to ensure they are secure with enough runs

With 9 wickets in hands, 300+ should be the goal.

214/2 at 37 overs.

Pakistan should be able to get 320 here.

Sa played smartly, they knew it was gonna rain and batting accordingly

With this bowling attack you need 400 but even then will that be enough. Nothing more over rated than the Pakistani bowling attack and that imposter Amir.

This was a batting pitch where 350 was must. Selfish approach from Imam costed us 40 more runs. Bowlers were horrible too especially amir.

First of all, I didn't like the call of batting first here - PAK players might not, but Mickey should have known this. Centurion is at 2KM altitude, 60 metre boundary and under light it dews ...... then there was possibility of rain (40% chance), means 2 spinners bowling with wet ball. Today PAK was lucky that Kock shoot himself for no reason, otherwise by 33rd over, SAF would have been 220/1 ....

Babar played an exceptional knock under pressure (made actually 73 of 72, some how that 6 was made 2), otherwise nephew did enough to lose the game inside 45 overs.
