Never really get to hear too much about other sports from our members so lets see how we vote

Since chess is considered a sport in many countries (including India) I will choose it. If people don't classify it as sport I will choose badminton, obsessed with the sport and will be awake at untimely hours to watch any random tournament, also I am a decent badminton player so the bias is there.

Basketball!

Very strange to me that it's not on the poll but each to their own I guess.

Football - The best sport of all time.
Boxing - Best non-team sport.
MMA
Basketball

Others I watch when big tournaments are played...

Tennis
Golf
Athletics
Hockey

1.Soccer
2.Basketball
3.Badminton (rarely get to play, but when I do I have a lot of fun)

Table tennis, I love to watch and I love to play

Football, swimming

Kabaddi...

Our desi sport. If property marketed, Kabaddi can become 2nd most popular sports in the Indian subcontinent.

Used to be F1 and football(soccer) but those have been left behind in my youth. Now it is ice hockey and NFL. However, if a Pakistani team is playing I would sit down and watch be it hockey, football, volleyball etc.

F1 if you see it in real life is insanely epic. Most sports I prefer to watch on screen than in person because of less distractions, but F1 you have to see it for real. Been to a few races in Kuala Lumpur when I lived there.

As for the thread, I've recently gotten interest in boxing, have to keep up with college (American) football here, and badminton.

International Olympic Committee and 100+ countries recognize it as a sport, says Google.

Who cares anyone with a brain knows that's not a sport soon e sports will be considered a sport too, it's competitive yes but it's not a sport same goes for chess. Just because theirs competition doesn't make it a sport

Football/soccer.

As a matter of fact, football is my number 1 favorite sport. I love it more than cricket.

Cricket was a great sport in the past. BCCICC/Indians ruined it. :inti

Is this because of your weight issue and you are not nimble enough? I know you eat a lot, hence asking.

:kp

I am 194 pounds. That's not super-fat. :inti

I used to play league cricket in Canada (2010-2015). I also played indoor soccer in high school; participated in 2 tournaments.

Since I have never tried table tennis before, I struggled when I tried it the first time. Anyway, I found it boring. I like badmintion and tennis better. :inti

I tried table tennis once. I struggled a lot. LOL.

Badminton is much easier.
I love both and used to play both. Badminton is only easier if you are just tossing the shuttlecock as a novice learner. Play a game (better indoor or without breeze outside) and start smashing, your views will change 😀

Ping pong us much easier as a learner if you just wanna toss the ball. Just as badminton, start playing shots during a rally will also change perspective 😀

Anyways brother...they are both my favorite sports and played at a higher level growing up. When came to US, Tennis took over, however love 🏓. Still don't miss a chance to free my shoulder every now and then. I will take ping pong over badminton anyday since the setup is so much cheaper than badminton (no interest in backyard badminton)

LOL. I see.

I am not a big fan of badminton, table tennis, or tennis.

My favorite sport is football/soccer. After that, I like cricket. After that, I like pool, bowling, chess, and baseball. These are the 6 sports I prefer to play.

Love to play Badminton, Table Tennis- more than decent at it but don’t watch the sport actively unless Olympics when Indian players are competing.

Tennis- very average at playing but love to watch the grand slams semi onwards every year whenever I get a chance both men and women.

Soccer- not good at playing but will watch only World Cup/ Euro passionately.

American sports- only superbowl. (Used to watch wwf/wwe as a kid if that counts)

Others- Olympics when Indian athletes are competing.

I used to participate in high school indoor football/soccer tournaments. Played in 2 tournaments. I was a goalkeeper.

I have played league cricket in Toronto. Played for 5 seasons in TDCA (Toronto & District Cricket Association). Played in 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

After that, I was a member of Canadian Chess Federation for 2 years. Played in 8 tournaments. :inti

I don't really follow much else. Football is the second sport but there is a gap between how much I enjoy cricket and how much I enjoy football.

I enjoy grand slam tennis and big boxing match too
