What should be done to the looters who looted during BLM protests?

These are some really disturbing videos. These looters should be identified and sent to jails (if they can't pay back).

Looters, plunderers and those who destroy statues need to pay for repair costs or spend time behind the bars. These people are not revolutionists who cares about blacks. They are just jobless losers who are bored at home in quarantine.

Looting is wrong, no matter who does it and what scale it’s done on. Ideally either the looted items should be returned or the victims should be compensated. This should apply to all looters.
