I would still go with Sharjeel in Australia. He is very strong on the backfoot and plays pace well. It's a T20 so not that much risk either. 
They need to try out Haider Ali in a few T20's before he gets the lock. If Haider Ali fires then he could solve some issues for Pak. Hafeez/Malik will flop in Australia in any case but they love seniors.
The wicket keeping issue is a serious one. Pak probably has the worst keeper batsmen in the world. If none can bat or rather hit the ball out of the park then the safest is to go with the one that is best with the gloves? I'd never trust Kami with the gloves.
