What was the last thing you ate?

Lol I do ~ Im trying to put on 10 lbs, but then lose the ability to possibly eat any more.

Did I mention I can run 3 miles in 15 minutes? On a treadmill, out in open air, it takes about 20 minutes.
i would have believed you if you had said 3 miles in 18 minutes on the treadmill, but 3 miles in 15 minutes, now thats pure fabrication...

i guess you are right if you claim it to be so, its just that i run thrice a week either on elevation or around a track and my best three mile till date has been around 21 minutes. but then again, if you say you run three miles in 15 minutes, you must be correct. btw the fastest three mile times recorded for u.s. marines is usually somewhere between 17'30"-18'.

So I can run faster than the average US marine....cool, innit ?
When I take a run in our neighborhood, which is a lot of green glassey slopey trackey stuff, I live right next to a golf course, it takes me 25 minz to half an hour.

I can do 3 miles in 15 minutes on a treadmill when running very high on extreme emotions such as really MAD. Running is how I let my frustration/anger out. I don't usually run that fast ~ just when fully charged.

i m sorry but i am still finding it difficult to fathom that you can run that fast. are you sure you are timing yourself correct, and that timing was not an average US marine, it was one of the better timings. When trying out for the Marines, the baseline for measuring extraordinary cardiovascular capability is 3 miles in 18 minutes. and if you do run 3 miles in 15 minutes, i am curious how long does it take you to run one mile?

2 plums and a tuna salad bagel for lunch.

Just had a tuna/sweetcorn & florida salad mix thingy.

The scepticism is probably because not many professional women athletes (except from the elite ones) could run those times.

Saying that, many lesser nation MALE athletes couldnt do it either.

dude my skepticism is not because some women athletes could not match that, its just that i dont know of any athlete, irrespective of gender or skill who runs that. which is why i feel either cinderella is an athlete not realizing her potential or maybe she is gauging her progress incorrectly.

Dude, it was my scepticism I was referring to when replying to HER post.

I had 2 parowthey/ 3 shaami kebab with mint raita at lunch time. Will finish off those leftover chilled mangoes lying in the fridge when I get home.....and thats my dinner. Need to visit Southall to restock.

What's wrong with a burger for breakfast ?
Never had cereal for dinner ?

Cereal for dinner is fine but burger for breakfast is just :31:

Cid, how long does it take you to run a mile? My fastest recorded time is 6:50.

[SIGH]

1. Nothing wrong with a burger for breakfast ~ perhaps I like food even more than Oxy.

2. Akram-re. I don't time myself when Im running outside, I just look at the time when leaving the house, and when coming back in, mostly 25 minz to 30, and that's because Im not constant speed, I slow down to a jog.

3. On a treadmill though, next time I have an anger fit and run my brains out, I'll be sure to take a shot of my stats to post here.

4. Easa, I've never ran just a mile, always 2-3.

5. Im in excellent shape ~ why is it just so hard to believe ?

[/SIGH]

Back to OT, lil hershey.

Made Jacket potatoes for the family.

Had 2 chicken mayo paninis.

2 mangoes left in the fridge - will they be there when I return from my walk????

Kashif - can you send me 8 of your finest mangoes???

half of the 16 inch large pizza... toppings were artichokes and jalapenos... mellow mushroom is class... and yeah diet coke and 2 suttas with it...

Waited for mangoes - they didnt arrive. Had to settle for a choc chip muffin.

Looked in the mirror. Not impressed by what I saw. Gym tomorrow though....

Paratha with Choley
I prefer the term 'channey' to 'cholay' even though its the latter in Punjabi.

I make some mean channey & spicy parathays- self taught.

Parathay, they were something parathey, not aaloo, but I didnt ask mom what, mom wasn't in a good mood. Parathey were good though.
