What was the last thing you ate?

today I had a donner kebab and irn bru. was feeling like eating rubbish and it hit the spot. Not this fancy german donner craze. Old school donner. made with rubbish.
 
Is it okay to have milk after eating fish? I have heard from elders that doing so can cause severe skin allergies.
It’s a myth. There’s literally fish dishes with some sort of milk creams as ingredients lol.

But don’t worry, I was told the same as a child.

oh ok.... I was really curious to know because whenever I had fish before, I wouldn't even drink tea since it contains milk.

Had jackfruit after that.

I didn't see any jackfruit in Canada before. But, a Sri Lankan seller recently started to sell jackfruits here. I bought 3 from him.
 
Had chicken wings last night. Carribean jerk, buffalo and one more flavor I forgot think it was Cajun.

And a crispy chicken sandwich today with waffle fries.

Need the energy to hit big sixes.
 
Had some grilled chicken wings, change of scenery for me, but it only made me feel how much I miss the cow; I need that Beef yo :(

I used to eat beef a lot during my younger days.

I eat a bit less beef nowadays. But, beef still remains my most favorite meat. Beef is the king of all meats definitely.
 
Do you guys have halal subway in Canada?

Nope. Not yet.

I go for veggie option, fish (tuna) option, or egg option when it comes to Subway.

Anyway, I don't visit Subway a lot. I tend to eat Middle Eastern foods, desi foods, and Mexican foods more.

We have quite a lot here. The meatball marina is decent but the tuna one still hits the spot despite having other halal options.

Hopefully Subway will introduce halal options here also. Would love to try their meat sandwiches.

I don't know if you guys eat jackfruits and jackfruit seeds in Pakistan.

I have never seen jackfruit in Canada until this year. A Sri Lankan seller here started to sell recently. I bought 4 big jackfruits this summer.

Jackfruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh. Used to eat it a lot when I was in Bangladesh. Jackfruit seeds can be used in many dishes (chicken, beef, other vegetables etc.).
 
One litre of manjh da dudh(buffalo milk). Authentic khalis ghar ka doodh. Buffalo milk is the most tasty and creamy milk.

Nothing compares to buffalo's milk. Cow milk tastes like water in front of buffalo's milk.

Hope you increase the protein and cut down on the junk. Has your body fat percentage come below 15%?

Get the withings body+ weight scale, it gives muscle and fat mass instead of just measuring weight.
 
It’s bulking season brother. Need mass to move mass.
Even in bulking you should have protein rich food, not junk food.
The smart scales help in bulking too, to keep track of how much protein and how much fat you are adding.

Anyway bulking is for skinny people. Overweight people should cut first, then bulk. Our friend here was overweight, and easily looked like 33% body fat if not more.

2 scoops of protein powder in 20 ounces of bottle of water. Have to go to aquarium with loved ones, but wanted to pump some iron at the gym first to intimidate great white shark and killer whale so they stay at sea and don’t come to land.

Didn’t have time for proper sit down meal, so have to drink on the go.

I am trying to clean up my diet. Want to lower my carbohydrate intake and have more fiber/protein/healthy fat.
actually my eating habbits are very bad mostly take carbohydrates during late night even though every morning i make a cmmitment with myself that i will change my diet from now onwards but ends up eating some junk again.
