Whilst Im suffereing from the diet equivalent of PMS, why the hell is eating healthy SO EXPENSIVE?

I ve just been shopping for low-sugar this, high fibre that, low fat this etc etc...and it costs much more!!!

I'm paying more - for les! Bizzare :20:

The key imo is to eat what you like, just make sure you run plenty to burn it off

well, mian, you can get 4 cheeseburgers for a quid at mcdonalds, and it costs around 2 quid for a decent size sandwich

Yep anything that tastes decent and not like cardboard is expensive....Why do you think Mcdonalds is so popular...Cheap, quick, tastes like cardboard but hey if you eat in moderation, then it's fine....Now if you go on a junk food and MickieDees diet, then say hello to mr. cancer and heartattack at age 35....

being fat could be associated with being rich. if you are fat, you are rich cuz you get lots of food to eat....

I'm not rich - officially I'm a borderline poverty case.

In the UK, fat people are poor people who eat crap food thats bad for us.

I'm thinking of selling my good kidney to raise some cash...

im sorry BUT McDonalds fillet o fish is quality - when i went to Spain i lived of McDee's :19:

:31: try burger king spicy fish or arby's fish... i stop by mcdonalds only when its the only option available
 
had chikan karahi and chawal for lunch today...along wiht an ice-cold 7UP :D
 
when i used to eat meat outside, my favorite fast food was arbys... now its bk veggie and spicy fish... arby just came out with a fish sandwich which is better than mcds
 
mcd and bk are both ridiculous crap...i have a ton of friends who have worked at both places...believe me, you do NOT want to eat that stuff taht they make in there.
 
teamy, i refuse you to continue. Ignorance is bliss in these circumstances.
 
i honestly have eaten the fish filet maybe 2 or 3 times in all of my life...i prefer better fast food, even it is more expensive. honestly, i would only eat from those places if i am starving and there isnt another alternative.

had 3 slices of tandoori chicken pizza and 15 xtra hot wings... tandoori chicken pizza was awesome... had meat on pizza after 4 years... last time was in Pakistan...
 
Had Piya like an a couple of hours ago.

And now, I just had some Nandos, chips and a coke.
