3 slices of wholemaeal bread topped with cheese and houmous and a sweet chilli sauce :)

Jus made a lil fix up for myself

All chaat ingredients, no fruit, mixed with keema and some chilli with curry being the sauce, brilliant !

Exactly what I was thinking. Sometimes just going slightly off track in one's diet can have detrimental effects. Sure there is nothing wrong with spoiling oneself but it has to be within reason!!

Exactly, if Oxy wants to reach his goal that he set for himeself and soon, then he has to really lay off deep fried and fatty foods....

Unless he is prepared to jog 8 miles or so to burn off the excess calories that he will have gained from eating those fatty foods.

One advice is that always grill whenever possible instead of deep fry.

When you are married - and your wife makes something with a lot of TLC - it would not be the best thing to refuse - hence eating a 4-5 pakoras.

As for jogging 8 miles - I am walking on average about 4-5 miles a day - so no harm done.
 
Noodles with Tuna in a sweet & sour sauce / 2 slices of cheese on toast.

Water.
