What was the last thing you ate?

I thought Tahir had lost about 3-4 stone after years of being obese? Or have I got you mixed up with someone else?

Oxy that was me!

Basically just to recap in year 7 ( I was about 12/13) and basically i was quite overweight. I had problems running between the wickets and it was affecting my bowling as i couldnt manage more than 3 overs on the trott. I decided to do something about it and I managed to walk about 3 miles every day for the period of six months. I lost about 2 and a half stone of fat and gained in a lot of muscle. It has greatly improved my quality of life as I can do things now that i wouldnt have dreamt of before.

Basically bowling longer spells, batting for a lengtheir period of time without being of risk of a run out due to stiches. Swimming, all sorts of activities that fat people struggle to do! :19:

Strange combo.

Fries and spirals are similar; fish cake and fish fingers also very similar.

I had not ate all day.

So i raided the freezer and thats what there was, other than battered fish, which i couldnt be bothered to make

Sounds like something I'd do! :91:

Nah man you are in another league - Oxy has been eating sensibly, actually Oxy's diet has been brilliant of late - you on the other hand need to be careful . . . . a couple of more years of over indulging and you will be the desi michelin man

re. once in a while, didnt you eat 12 slices of Pizza the other day? :13:

That is an achievement in my eyes! :19:

Just had about 11 tangerines, yep I'm hungry, but no mum at home to make parathey:(

I wasn't even finished at 11 but somehow managed to stop myself from eating more.

Just now mum came back and made me 2 parathey and 2 fried eggs, which I shared with my 2 year old nephew.

is he 6ft too?

No, although I sense beastly qualities in him, he is extremely aggressive. At the moment I'm teaching him boxing, when hes a bit older the beastly batting training will commence.

I did have 12 samosas once - proper sized, keema ones. I was showing off after about 4-5.

I have no one to blame but me...

are you the sort of guy who does that full moon, half moon thing to his kids with a box of jaffa cakes?

I urge you then to tutor him personally. You have good cricketing knowledge and you're an Afridi fan, the perfect qualifications to have. Its always best to start at an early age.

This was before I had kids...

Good to see at least you resisted some temptation.....Right about the oil part, my mom used to go through 20 litres of oil in 2 weeks but now she has cut down tremendously because my older brother has had cholestrol problems......

Well I had very little to eat today, so that was worth it + I went to the gym.

I avoid desserts except for on weekends

I'd rather have nothing than Quorn
I like Quorn - its a healthier version. I have the chicken or Turkey style slices (salimi type things) which are 100% more healthy and taste good.

I must have had most things from the Quorn range - thumbs up from me.

Whats Quorn?

I had some Hot Chicken Wings a while back. Burger King Chicken Burger meal for lunch about 5 hours back.

last night after a blunt session i had 5 slices of pizza, granola bars, chips, ice cream... so taking it easy today... nothing for breakfast, watermelon for lunch...

Its a meat substitute made of 'myco-protein' - not bad.

Jacket potato with bolagnese sauce and cheese / an 'aloo palak' sandwich
