Oxy that was me!
Basically just to recap in year 7 ( I was about 12/13) and basically i was quite overweight. I had problems running between the wickets and it was affecting my bowling as i couldnt manage more than 3 overs on the trott. I decided to do something about it and I managed to walk about 3 miles every day for the period of six months. I lost about 2 and a half stone of fat and gained in a lot of muscle. It has greatly improved my quality of life as I can do things now that i wouldnt have dreamt of before.
