3 jaffa cakes after eating a Cornetto ice-cream.
Long time no see SOPL, I had alot masala fish, then piteesa. Afterwards, I had roti with kerele.
I acknowledge that adversity; I'm sorry for it. I became stuck and began feeling extremely lethargic and completely disinterested - both in life and in posting on PakPassion. In addition, the motivation to pray or even complete simple tasks had become almost non-existent (possibly caused through a lack of sleep - as my cousins stayed over for a few nights - or feeling no inspiration to pray, probably because I was too satisfied with life i.e the GCSE results). Although I haven't fully recovered, I've begun to become more active (playing cricket and moving about more) and began to pray my namaz again (Isha at 12:30 was my first prayer in a few days). Hopefully, I will begin to post regularly again in the threads I want to contribute in and escape from this horrible mess I was in...
Ok then, good luck.
Thanks, creating that post seems to have already invigorated me to post again, which is apparent in other threads. Going to read my prayers though now, in order to avoid falling to lethargy again.
Magrib ? A bit later down here though.

Kichdi with yoghurt and pickle
Anyone else likes to eat Kichdi when they are ill?
Gluco biscuits.![]()
about to have fish cakes in burger buns![]()
I had a home-made fish finger butty a few days ago, was absolutely delicious!
ummm. What other stuff did you have in it? what sauces etc
LOL no, that's Parle-G.![]()
After painting for a few hours in my new property, I ate 2 and a half rotis with chusa palak. To clear the palate and also because it is a Thursday, I ate two platefuls of halwa (topped with crushed almonds and raisins - of the green variety) which was absolutely delicious!
What's that supposed to be? :adnan
I had Farfalle Pasta for dinner, then I went my cousin's house, they offered me Biryani so I had a little bit and I had Zarda there too![]()
Aloo Palak- classic dish![]()
If you don't mind me asking, what is this?
Of course I don't mind, stop being so formal dude.![]()
Anyway, it's like a sweet rice thing.
Haha, that's simply the way I write. Of course, maybe it is because some posters may actually become offended if I didn't ask politely.
You seem to post quite regularly late in the night - where are you from?
Is it simply the traditional yellow mitae chaval?
Hmm, I knew palak had to do with spinach, but wasn't sure about the chusa
part.I thought chicken was called 'murghi'. Chuza (or chusa, as you say) is a chick (I just remembered
).

Well done!![]()
Don't forget to read 2 naffil to thank the Almighty.![]()
I think so and I live in England. I go on it when I wake up and before I go to bed (this is during the summer holidays, in school terms I just check it when I come home). I do my own stuff in between.
Yellow Dal , Rice , tomato chutney , green salad & pineapple raita for lunch .

[/QUOTE]I've always heard chicken be referred to as chusa (or chuza) and never murghi. Must just be the particular dialect where my family comes from in Pakistan.
Thank you for the praise Square Drive bhai, your compliments fill me with happiness.
Unfortunately, for some reason after my exams I became extremely lethargic and demotivated to do absolutely anything, not even my prayers or simple tasks. Actually, I began to feel quite disgusted with my self (all of which may have been caused by a lack of sleep, as my cousins stayed over for a few nights) but thanks to Allah (the Greatest) I have been able to escape the tremendous mess I was in and just told myself that I have to become more active, and thankfully I've improved and become more positive and inspired (including to post) again.
First time I have heard about this.
A full plate of tuna pasta bake, followed by two Snickers chocolate bars.![]()
Suppo,it is chooza & not chusa - that is a mango you dont slice & eat but suck & yes Square is right , chooza is chick . We knew a Multani family [still do ] who in their parties would serve yummy chooza's made in butter . Since they served alcohol too for their Sarkari friends, you would often see fat people sitting with glass of booze & a plate topped with them bones . I also know people who eat the chooza bones completely![]()
hahaha. either Square is a Gourmand or a bhukkad![]()
LOL. Yeah, I'm hungry, waiting for breakfast.![]()
I had it for the 2nd time . juicy pineapple bits in yogurt with black pepper & hint of black namak . At my house, they make lot of raitas & dips .I love raita with grated cucumber, diced tomato's & onions & thin slivers of green mirchi [de-seeded] served with biryani![]()
Nihari. Yum!
What is Nihari?
A large bowl containing the combination of Rice Krispies and Weetabix (both cereals, so of course accompanied by milk) followed by some tuna pasta bake.
I see, just like me you fall asleep considerably late. How old are you and what do you currently do (in a job, studying etc)?
What time is this for breakfast? Oh yeah, you are posting from Canada, which is on the other side of the world...
