True that! Try and exercise everyday though or atleast 3 times a week. Maybe eat 4 rotis instead of 5, cut down on portions.
I'm exercising 6 days a week... 2 rotis only![]()

Fillet Mignon , NY strip and Lamb steak from Brazilian steak house!
Chappal kebab with naan. Heaven.
weetabix with golden syrup and milk and dates and grapes and bananas and blueberries and strawberries etc inside it
for lunch, club sandwiches, pringles, chaat, gol gappay, pani puri, pasta with pesto etc then fruit chaat had so much like a feast can't remember everything
Tropical juice, orange juice, couple of different flavour hersheys, chocolate kisses, chocolate belgian truffles, thornton chocolate, handi kebab with roti and swedes/butternut squash etc etc
