What's a good resource to learn Punjabi and which is the best dialect?

Do you guys know what's the best resource to learn Punjabi and which dialect do you think would be the best to learn? I'm thinking Mahjisince it's more common in Pakistan and spoken by parts of my familyl but I'm open to learning any other dialect.
