From 2011 to 2015 or so its generally been accepted that India was the toughest place for bowlers to bowl owing to the amount of flat pitches.
Nowadays India tends to have quite sporting tracks for ODI's though.
So that being said what do you think is the toughest country in the world to pick wickets for ODI's nowadays? UAE? SA?
I reckon either Australia or England, with English pitches nowadays disappointingly giving bowlers absolutely nothing, whereas even flat decks in Australia tend to have some bounce and carry.
