Shan Massod scored big in 1st inning and then get out cheaply in 2nd inning. Pakistan needed him to score big in 2nd inning as well.

Depends on definition of big.

Quite a few times we’ve had a century and a fifty in one match

If Pakistan lose this test then Shan Masood will be the big reason

Typical Pakistani mentality. Masood scored 156 on a pitch where 69 is the next best. Got out unluckily down the leg side in the 2nd innings. And according to you he will be a BIG reason for a Pakistan defeat

That's how Sami Aslam's career ended. Pakistan Fans threw him under the bus despite him being the top scorer - a 91 in New Zealand which was the top scorer by any Pakistani batsman in the whole series.

Apparently he was "too slow".

Come on brother, that's too harsh even for desi standards :yk

If you score big in 1st inning then you should score big in 2nd inning if you are playing for team and not your personal record

But why would you get out in duck of you are playing for statistics ? That don't make no sense cuz

But if you score small in the first innings and small in the second innings as well, then you're fine I suppose. ::J :azhar

because you are taking it easy, you have already done the hard work to stay in the team for foreseeable future, that 1st inning was for you to stay in the team, that 2nd inning would be to help Pakistan win the test, but obviously your stay in the team is more important than Pakistan winning the test

Good question , it doesn’t happen any more that you see a Pak batsman scoring big in both innings - it was a regular thing back in the days of Hafeez and Farhat.
