Not too long ago West Indies would hardly debut a new player.
The likes of Bravo, Gayle, Samules, Pollard, Narine and Sammy, household names in West Indies mind you would get game after game even after some of their mediocrity because of course... no one to replace them.
Watching yesterday's game and looking at the scorecard obviously due to their strong performance against England, new faces everywhere.
That's good, young blood, but honestly where are the 6 household names gone missing? Yes, I know they play T20 and there was a money issue between then and their board but was that the reason of their demise?
We still see Gayle and Sammy in the International scene but otherwise where are they?
No Media attention, nothing on the news if I'm not mistaken, they just disappeared, to be fair West Indies media isn't big as ours and their players may not be followed like ours but still.
PS - Since we're talking about Players gone missing, whatever happend to our beloved Rahat Ali? He was a mediocre limited over bowler but was doing above average as a Test bowler IMO.
