Ever notice that he goes into hiding when the pressure is on and the team are faring badly?

On the other hand, a single win later and he's front and center proclaiming that the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow has been found and he and his team are the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I don't know who the player casualties are going to be at the end of this tour, but I'm sure I'm not the only Indian fan hoping for Ravi's deserved ouster even if this ship weren't to capsize into a whitewash as expected.

All coaches hide away - think exception was Mickey.

Trevor Bayliss, on the contrary, used to hide when England was winning and usually fronted up when the team had lost.

Not all of them do. Also, in this case the difference in decibels from the time we win to the time we lose is massive.

Oh man, today watching the failure of a match ceremony. The organizers had planned everything for India winning, with those drone images and all. They could even make a drone image of the winning team or its country.

But the best part was Ravi Shastri's facial expression. The frown, the chocking voice and the heavy breath as if he was about to cry. Probably the worst post Tournament presentation where the presenter could not hide his biasness and was giving players trophies and medals with such bad expressions.

ICC needs to ask its broadcasters to hire better presenters if they want to handle ICC trophies to champions.

From Subcontinent Ravi Shastri is a top commentator, specially when it comes to Pakistan players he gives them their fair share unlike many other Indian commies, Boom Boom Afridi the name given by Shastri after Kanpur Massacre, also he used to praise Wasim, Inzimam and Anwar alot back in 90s.

Shastri and Gavasker are BCCI paid cheerleaders. Unko koi kaam milley na milley, BCCI will continue to pay them to praise the indian team from the commentary box and outside of the box no matter what. They are always waving their pom poms.

Gavaskar is very obvious.

Shastri isn't too bad. I think because he has been inside the system as coach recently he can be a more critical.

Gavaskar is just a fan boy.

I was not speculating. I am stating facs. They are on BCCI payroll and are paid BCCI employees while holding down commentary gigs. This was brought to light years ago and it seems like nobody could explain what their jobs are supposed to be. They are like BCCI PR specialists.
