After a brilliant season saw them win the previous edition of the Premier League, defending champions Chelsea have had an underwhelming start to the current season and are already trailing leaders Manchester City by nine points.

Why is relegated an option?

The Chelsea board hasnt backed the manager as they should have. Man City will run away with it but Chelsea should finish in the top 4 and do have a chance in the Champions League.
