Hi, ive just joined forums, so i appologise if i have put this thread in the wrong place, i need a new bat for the new season and have narrowed it down to the boom boom signature 175, ca 12000plus li tdr, or the new 15000 li. Which one should i choose? Also could someone tell me where you can actually pick up a ca for someone from the uk?

Thanks for the help!

Go for CA15000 or TRD.... in UK, contact Asad.. UZI sports... your guranteed to get a belter... however... other top sellers would be Sialkot shop, Cricmall, Batsandmore... they are based in Pakistan...

In terms of performance whats the 15000s like compared to the boom boom, i really like the look of the boom boom, which i know shoudnt be the 1st thing to consider, but it does look awesome! I just want to know if the 15000 are worth the extra £? Btw do you know what the grain numbers are like?

Uzi sports arent stocking it at the moment. The only place I can find the li edition is from Cricket store online, has any one had any dealings with them, or can someone post me a link for this bat?
Thanks!

pictures are posted in the thread that allan gave you above, and why are going for for le? i mean its gonna be a bit heavy and the size's gonna be different if em not wrong! becoz the le is for henry gayle!

Hi, sarmad, I didn't have any idea about that, could you explain a but further what the difference is, I just thought it was better in terms of performance?
Thanks for the help!

Differences are:

*The normal bat Edition...

Massive Sweet Spot & minimum 40mm Edges
 Premier Balance and Performance
 Weight: 2lb 7oz to 3lbs

*The L.E. Chris Gayle Edition...

 Long handle
 Long blade
Weight(2.10 to +) _Not Sure though

have u got urz? how's the impression? did u like it or not? pix plzzz.....and for how much you got it? i can get it for $280.

Hi i would very much appreciate that, i did find a seller based in manchester (only cricket.com), but he said it would take 2 weeks to arrive, and i really need a bat soon! Also, did you manage to take any pics?

you won't get a p15000 cheaper than 280 us dollars..that's my imagination! lolz! and i know that guy u talking about! nafees is his name! with no offense if he says 2 weeks, i can bet it would be nothing less than a month!
and yes allan, we're w8ng for the pix from u!

So avoid only cricket.com? Can someone please give me a site to purchase from in the uk? Ive tried uzi but they dont stock them. I have looked on cricmal, but am weary if there is something wrong with the bat itl be a huhe effort to amend, do they have a returns policy? Has anyone ever used them before?

if u want to get it cheap, then get it from pak, but for that u'll have to wait a bit, at least 10 days i guess unless some one flying there to uk carries with himself, lolz
or else if you want it a bit soon and you really want quality when the money isn't issue, go with jason from cricketstoreonline dot com...... but i'd never ever suggest you to go with only cric...just coz they'll not deliver you unless you are at there store with a bang or at least a base ball bat! lolzz
i'd personally suggest u to get it form pak, and just wait a lil bit! the long u'd wait, more sheer the pleasure wud be :p
p.s .... no offense to only crick......just shared my experience!

there you go Sarmad...
I should have this baby by next week...

Btw, the bat looks great!

I got it from Armie...(batsandmore) his website is not working.... however you can add him in Facebook( Armughan altaf) or email him armughan001@yahoo.com... and give your specs..... He'll organise one... you can pay it thru pay pal...

No one ever said they were the best thing in the world, but you have had a fair go at them without trying or even seeing one.

You think that price is bad, try living in Australia where the top end bats are between AUD$500-$800, then the exact same bat in the UK is the Australian equivalent of AUD$300-$600, which is just a ridiculous price difference. I'm an Australian and I buy my gear (apart from bags, as the shipping would be too much) from the UK as it is far cheaper. Although I have noticed that the UK bat prices are going up.

Fair enough you wont get one, that's your choice, but you don't have to keep going on about it mate.
