In order,
1.Nz - i like them the most, i dont know why.
2.Pak, - bitter sweet , some players i like, some i dont. But its the team to beat this wc, will support them to be finalists for sure.
3.Aus, - no opinion
4.Eng - Good but i hope/think they will lose.

Supporting pakistan brings out many different emotions in an indian fan.
India Pakistan relationship is very strange. Tough to explain.

If Pakistan wins , we feel good & then immediately we feel thoda bad also. Theres a lot of churn of emotions.
As if we are doing something wrong, you know what I mean.

Same way, if Pakistan lose, we first feel a bit good but then later, at the end of day we feel bad. Sometimes sad also.

Since i cant understand this feeling, cant express it very well.

India is a decent test side and England is a poor test side especially without Stokes.
South Africa, well, the less said the better. Below par test side. I expect this Indian team to win in SA and if they don't, it will be sur a big upset.

The general level of test level batting has decreased immensely over the last 10 years. The number of players averaging between 30 and 39 is the proof of that.

I am supporting Australia.

England is too strong and as a neutral fan you always support weaker team. Don't know why.

Australia was not considered a good team before WC but they've come to the party at right time.

Pakistan is playing well but I am afraid they may choke in Semi or final. Subcontinent teams don't play invincible cricket usually. A loss in group stage would have made Pak favourite. Pak is playing like India and I am afraid they'll end up with same fate.

There is a saying in Tamil that roughly translates to “The jasmine even if it is in the neighbor’s garden, has the fragrance”. If I disregard the geography, politics, etc I get more chances to enjoy good cricket and to be happy. Multination tournaments give us more such opportunities.
