I can only think of Nepal where there is a genuine interest in Cricket among the locals so if Nepal can develop a decent system they can produce Cricketers as they are not dependent upon the expats for the number of players.

Apart from that don't see any other Nation that can be awarded Test Status in the future .

If Ireland can get test status , then Scotland and Netherlands surely can. If properly marketed Namibia , Nepal and Papua New Guinea can become test nations as well .

Most likely Nepal moving forward but would love so see Netherlands get test status one day too

Scotland and Netherlands, need more cricket to be spread in somewhere outside Asia and Europe would be perfect. I hope England will help them in building into a Test nation.

Scotland and Netherlands definately, with Scotland recently beating England I think with more games they play against top teams they will become a force to be recokened with. And for the Netherlands, cricket is getting more popular there and they regularly take part in world cups so for them as well it is only a matter of time once they get more exposure to top teams they will show what they can do.
