I've said for ages the biggest issue in our LOIs batting is how Sarfraz must be shoehorned in where he looks completely out of place - what I haven't criticized enough is what an irresponsible passenger he has become in the test side as well.

Shafiq has been an overall pathetic investment given the time he's had and the little actual impact he's had given the solid skills in his armory. He does however put up runs enough to not be the sole stain in the batting and he has the skills to put on a crucial knock when he decides to not be a mentally fragile duck.

Sarfraz on the other hand hides behind the rest and comes in with the facade of an aggressive counter attacking batsman and contributes absolute squat and gets away free. Okay for a number 7, pathetic from a number 6. I'd almost prefer to promote Shadab to get experience at 6 than trust specialist kaptaan there at this rate.

Either drop your work load Sarfraz or man up and take responsibility.

Azhar Ali also did not get a 100 and he has been in way worse form than Asad Shafiq then why not talk about him?

Kind of curious how you chose to single out a guy who has 1 hundred and 2 fifties in his last 4 innings. While ignoring Azhar Ali. Can you explain why?
