Whilst Pakistan only finished 5th in the group stage and failed to qualify for the semi-finals of the World Cup, there were some very good individual performers.

Who do you think was Pakistan's best performer at the World Cup and why?

Babar
And 2nd best haris
P.s haris would have had better worldcup if he was given more chances.

1. Babar Azam because he was the most assured batsman and backbone of whatever wins Pakistan achieved
2. Shaheen and Haris turned Pakistan's tournament around when everything looked gloomy - the finds of the tournament for Pakistan
3. Amir for taking most wickets for Pakistan. he declined as the tournament went along but his first ball wicket of Guptill was sensational to watch

Wahab was excellent and really brought it on when it mattered and he was on from the first game. Amir was more successful though with his off-cutters and variety.

Our best throughout was Babar.
Other notable performers were Haris and Shaheen as well as Amir,Wahab and Imad to an extent.

Babar Azam. He was unbelievably consistent - this good performance at a World Cup means he is now not far from the likes of Root, Kohli, Williamson, Smith.

Babar was good haris was also good in bowling it was wahab if had they not dropped 8 catches off his bowling he would have picked 19 wickets and he scored useful runs also.

Pretty much the same what everyone else are saying:

Babar, Amir, Shaheen, Haris and Wahab(with both bat and ball).

Shaheen Shah Afridi, he performed in all the 5 matches he played (took wickets in all matches) yet we Played Hasan Ali (just because he performed 2 yrs ago in Champions trophy ).

1. Babar, was very impressed with Babar this tournament!
2. Shaheen. Could’ve been #1 had he played more matches.
3. Muhammad Amir. Picked up 17 wickets and got early breakthroughs.
4. Haris Sohail. Positive cricket and the most underrated batsman in Pakistan. Deserves to play more games for Pakistan.
5. Wahab Riaz. Impressive with both bat and ball.
6. Imad Wasim. A good all rounder who rescued Pakistan against Afghanistan.

Babar wins this one easily.

After Babar, Haris and Shaheen were good. Amir was also not too bad.

Tough choice between Babar and Shaheen but I guess I would go for Babar just by a whisker.

Shaheen impressed me the most. He has potential to be a great if managed and coached properly.

Babar is now already an established name so his performances were expected.

Pakistan has such a good core going on it will be a disaster if they let Babar, Shaheen, Imam, Hasnain, Musa etc go the Umar Akmal/Shehzad way.

Had Pakistan given Shaheen 9 games, he could've been the highest wicket taker of the tournament.

Shaheen took 16 wickets in only 5 games.
