Who will be the First Lady when Shehbaz Sharif becomes Prime Minister?

As you know ex Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has selected his younger brother Shahbaz Sharif as next Prime Minister of Pakistan after he win National Assembly election in 4-6 months time. (remind me again that there is real democracy in Pakistan )

So assuming Shahbaz Sharif win election and did not get disqualified on corruption charges against him and become Prime Minister of Pakistan, who will be the 1st Lady? Apparently he has more than 1 wife.

Just read that Nawaz Sharif's wife Kalsoom Nawaz and daughter Maryam Nawaz are against Shahbaz Sharif's wife "Tahmina Durrani" as 1st Lady. Meanwhile Shahbaz Sharif's son wants Shahbaz Sharif's wife "Tahmina Durrani" as 1st Lady although she is not his real mother. (remind me again that there is real democracy in Pakistan )

Apparently Nawaz Sharif was sent with some cash by his father Mian Sharif to Ch Shujaat's house so they can spend on election and he was turned back by Shujaat's father who said "Hum doosron ko detay hain, lenay ki zaroorat nahi"

Nawaz Sharif was trained from early age to abuse the system and then Maryam Nawaz was trained similar way, no wonder they have no respect for institutions and want to exploit everything they can using money.
