In addition to the nurses and doctors, there are also logistics experts who kept hospitals supplied, workers who maintained production lines for medical equipment in companies despite the lockdown, scientists and clinicans who have worked tirelessly to develop a vaccine, and millions of others who have helped humanity deal with this virus.

The 2020 person of the year should ideally go to The Whole of Mankind.

You lot are handing out awards to big pharma, and for what? Lining their pockets for a vaccine that was fast tracked, has no credible track record, and is approved on the back of fear?

What this proves is the majority of you are basing your choices on what the media reports and sensationalises. More people die in Africa through disease and famine year on year than C19 has killed - where are your shallow tears then?

Bro tell that to the refugee kids separated from their families, DACA recipients being deported, Iranian and Syrian-Americans being unable to reunite with their families back home for 4 years due to the visa ban, international students and researchers from those countries having to go back in the middle of their studies due to Trump's visa ban, tell that the people that lost family members in the Christchurch and Quebec mosque shootings that were inspired from the whole MAGA movement. I don't like Biden but stop acting like Trump is the lesser evil or even equal, he is far worse and I'm just glad we're going back to more stable times pre-2016.
