Why are the T20Is against Bangladesh starting at 2pm?

I find the time change bizarre?

Why are the games not day night games? Not the same when the 2nd half of the game isn't under the floodlights.

I know Pakistan had a lot of youngsters but I don't think the earlier start times are anything to do with it being past the bedtimes of our young pace attack.

Probably because its winter and it gets foggy after 5:30
