Why are they no proper employment contracts for domestic workers?

In all types of work we demand it yet we dont have it for workers at home, why? will this change?

So contract which has a salary, vacation days, health insurance

Wonder if any Pakistan govt will ever implement this?

Great point. Unfortunately even if legally binding it will take some time to change the system and get people to abide by it. No way of enforcing.

Thats because we have a culture of entitlement and treat anyone who is below our social stature as our slave.
