Why didn't India play Umesh Yadav instead of Ravichandran Ashwin?

Pakistan have been always good against spin bowling, any sub continent team is more comfortable against spin than pace.. Yadav can bowl express pace and if he bends his back he can hit 150 as well.. He has been a good form in the last year or so and was exceptionally good in warm ups..

Now why did we select Ashwin when we knew the final is against a quality spin playing side?

Lack of adaptability by team management might cost us the match..

Yadav has express pace and is in good form lately, with Jadeja and Jadhav we had decent variety in spin department and if needed Yuvi could have chipped in with an over..
