Why hasn't the Selection Committee made a statement on Pakistan team's ICC Champions Trophy 2025 debacle?

If there is no accountability happening. At least not publicly then the least they can do is own up the result and mistakes. Why then we haven't seen any statement or press release from them?

Is this going to turn into another one of many, "mitti pao, mitti pao" event?

Before Champions Trophy they were commenting and directing left right.
